REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE (10/5/2015) City police are looking for a black SUV that smashed into a parked vehicle on Sunday, pushing it about 2½ parking spaces, before fleeing.

The crash happened about 2 a.m. in the first block of Maryland Ave.

A witness later notified police they woke up to a loud bang, and when they looked out the their window they saw a large black SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Tahoe, backing up and then saw the damage to the parked 2014 silver Nissan Versa.

Police said the black SUV fled west on Maryland Avenue. The SUV would have major damage to the passenger side front area.
