ODESSA, DELAWARE (10/5/2015) Delaware State Police this morning released the name of a man killed while walking on U.S. 13 south of Odessa early Saturday.
Robert Wertz, 43, of Townsend, died in the crash about 2 a.m.
Police said the driver of an SUV, identified as Shawn Russell, 40, of Dover, fled the scene but was arrested a short time later by Smyrna police and charged by troopers with driving under the influence and related counts.
