Man killed in Claymont crash is identified

CLAYMONT, DELAWARE (10/5/2015) The name of the man killed in a crash as he was exiting Interstate 495 onto Philadelphia Pike early Friday was released today by Delaware State Police.

Ralph James, 57, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was killed just after midnight when his 2015 Lincoln MKS came off the northbound lanes of the interstate, hit curbs and poles and rolled over.

Police said they are still investigating the accident.
