SMYRNA, DELAWARE (9/22/2015) A crash with injuries is causing delays on U.S. 13 north of Smryna.
DelDOT reported the crash at 6:54 a.m. closed the left southbound lane and the crossover to the Route 1 ramps.
At 7:10 a.m., Delaware State Police helicopter had landed in the northbound lanes, halting all traffic in that direction. One southbound lane was getting by.
