ODESSA, DELAWARE (9/6/2015) A 36-year-old man was injured late Saturday in a rollover crash on Route 1 north of Odessa, authorities said.
The accident happened about 11:40 p.m. at Bayview Road, aaid Cpl. Abigail Haas of New Castle County paramedics.
When paramedics arrived, the man had already gotten himself out of the vehicle, which had rolled onto its roof.
He was treated at the scene for possible head and upper extremity injuries, then taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton in stable condition, Haas said.
Delaware State Police were on the scene investigating.
The Odessa and Port Penn fire companies also responded.
