WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (9/4/2015) A vehicle crashed into a utility pole on Lancaster Pike late this afternoon, with eastbound lanes of the road west of Wilmington expected to be closed for hours, authorities said.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at 4:47 p.m. in the eastbound lanes east of Court Drive, according to Delaware State Police.
DelDOT and Delmarva Power are on the scene.
Police said more details on the crash will be released later.
