REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE (8/19/2015) A man who burglarized Hobos Restaurant and Bar last month has been using a stolen credit card in Pennsylvania, according to Rehoboth Beach police.

The burglar also removed two laptop computers – an Acer and a Toshiba – and about 20 bottles of various brands of beer late July 28 or July 29.

Police say he entered the business at 56 Baltimore Ave. through an unsecured window.

The man was described as black, in his late 20s or early 30s, 5-feet-9 to 5-feet-10 and with muscular build.

The man was captured on surveillance video when he used the stolen credit card to purchase items at various locations in the Scranton, York and Harrisburg areas in Pennsylvania, police said.

These included:

  • Dollar General 1500 N. George St., York, on Aug. 5 at 1:12 p.m.
  • Dollar General, 383 Meridian Ave., Scranton, on Aug. 5 at 7:19 p.m.
  • Walmart Supercenter #4276, 1325 South Main St., Taylor, on Aug. 5 at 8:14 p.m.

Other stores where it was used in these areas included Dino’s Italian Bistro, CITGO, Weiss Markets and G.N.C.
