HOCKESSIN, DELAWARE (8/12/2015) A teenage girl was seriously injured in a crash on Old Wilmington Road this morning, according to reports from the scene.
The accident happened about 11:30 a.m.
The girl was taken to a hospital after her vehicle hit a pole.
The road was closed until repairs could be made to the pole and wires down.
New Castle County police are investigating the crash.
