DOVER, DELAWARE (8/12/2015) A man with crack cocaine and a stolen gun was arrested in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn, Dover police said Tuesday.
The arrest at 652 N. DuPont Highway (U.S. 13) happened about 1 a.m. Sunday, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Royshawn Clark, 18, of Lexington Place in Dover, was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon,receiving a stolen firearm, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said they gound the crack cocaine in his front pocket and a .38 caliber revolver in his pant leg.
Clark was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $4,301 secured bond.
