NEWARK, DELAWARE (8/8/2015) A Newark man has been charged with dealing in child pornography and jailed in lieu of $1.25 million cash bond, Delaware State Police said this morning.
Benjamin W. Luscher, 42, was arrested about 4:15 p.m. Thursday after police said they learned he was in possession of numerous memory disks containing images of child pornography.
An examination of the memory sticks found at least one video and 24 images of child exploitation, police said.
He was being held at Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington on 25 counts of dealing in child pornography.
