Manor Park man charged with promoting prostitution

NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (8/8/2015) New Castle County police said they arrested a resident of the Manor Park community near New Castle for promoting prostitution from his home.

Mathew McQuay, of the first block of Lea Road, was charged after numerous complaints were received, police said.

Officer First Class Tom Jackson said investigators learned McQuay was receiving money from several guests at his home who were conducting prostitution.

He was released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
