SELBYVILLE, DELAWARE (8/4/2015) A fire that destroyed Pomeroy’s bar on U.S. 113 last week was arson, the Delaware Fire Marshal’s Office said today.
The fire in the 38000 block of N. DuPont Blvd. in Selbyville, just north of the state line, was reported about 5 a.m. July 27.
A criminal investigation to identify those responsible is underway, said Michael Chionchio, assistant state fire marshal.
