Victim kicked, punched by teens in Claymont robbery

CLAYMONT, DELAWARE (6/24/2015) A robbery victim was pushed over then kicked and punched on the ground by a group of teenagers who then robbed him, Delaware State Police said.

The male victim was walking along Harvey Road near Glenrock Drive about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday on his way to work when the incident happened.

The attackers were four white male teenagers, about 13 to 17 years old. They were described as having thin builds, about 5-feet-5 to 5-feet-7 and 110-120 pounds.

They removed items from the victim’s pockets and then fled east toward Philadelphia Pike.

The victim suffered minor injuries to his face but declined medical treatment, police said.
