WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (6/24/2015) A 20-year-old man shot in the head and back at Sixth and Broom streets in Wilmington late Tuesday is in critical condition, city police said this morning.
The shooting happened about 11:45 p.m. as a Delmarva Power gas crew was working nearby.
The victim was treated at the scene by the New Castle County paramedics and taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital.
