REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE (6/14/2015) A man walking to a bus stop was robbed Saturday near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware State Police said today.
The 32-year-old victim was in the 35000 block of Airport Road about 1:25 a.m. when he was grabbed from behind and held, while a second robber with a gun approached. Both robbers went through the victim’s pockets and removed money, police said.
The armed robber fled on foot and the other fled in a white Ford Explorer.
The victim was not injured.
The two robbers were described as black, and one was about 5-feet-8 and 150-180 pounds. The other was about the same height and 150-190 pounds.
