MILLSBORO, DELAWARE (6/4/2015) Two people were arrested at a state boat ramp area when a trooper found equipment and components of methamphetamine manufacturing in their vehicle, state police said Wednesday.
The arrests came about 10 p.m. Monday at the Gull Point (Rosedale Beach) boat ramp east of Millsboro.
Robert A. Donovan, 27, of Houston, and Mollie L. Moxey, 24, of Ellendale, were both already wanted on warrants from Sussex County courts, police said.
They were charged with operating a clandestine laboratory, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Donovan was being held at Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown and Moxey at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution near New Castle. Bail was set at $11,500 cash each.
