Milford police charge 3 with drug dealing

MILFORD, DELAWARE (5/5/2015) Three people from Milford were arrested on drug dealing charges, city police announced Monday.

The arrests Wednesday came after a two-month investigation by multiple agencies and searches at the Travelers Inn motel and a home in the 200 block of S. Washington St. that resulted in seizure of 216 bags of heroin.

Timothy D. Jarvis, 43, was charged with four counts of drug dealing (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia, felony conspiracy and promoting/possession of prison contraband.

Yvette Harpe, 41, was charged with drug dealing (heroin), felony conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adam Boughner, also known as Adam Bradford, 43, was charged with five counts of drug dealing (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jarvis was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in default of $44,600 cash bond.

Boughner was committed to SCI in default of $51,000 cash bond.

Harpe was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution near New Castle in default of $12,200 cash bond.
