The arrests came after a vehicle was stopped for traffic violations Tuesday at Kirkwood Highway and Maple Avenue, Sgt. Phil Young said.

The driver, William E. Bacon, 19, of the first block of N. Clayton St., was charged with possession with intent to deliver a Tier 2 quantity drug as well as traffic violations.
