UPDATED STORY: Police identify Dover man as suspect in 2015 homicide
WOODSIDE EAST, DELAWARE (3/28/2015) State police have released the name of a 44-year-old Dover man shot to death in the Meadowbrook Acres community late Friday.
The body of Richard L. Jacobs Jr. was found in the driver’s seat of a 1998 Ford Escort in the first block of Grays Lane as troopers investigated a report of shots fired about 11:20 p.m.
An autopsy by the Office of Forensic Science determined his death was a homicide by multiple gunshot wounds.
