REHOBOTH BEACH, DELAWARE (3/18/2015) City police today released surveillance images of a man they suspect stole a purse containing $500 cash from the Renove Med Spa on Monday.
The theft happened about 1 p.m. in the 400 block of Rehoboth Avenue.
Police say the man in the images removed the purse from the front counter area and fled with it tucked under his jacket. He walked west on Rehoboth Avenue toward the canal bridge.
The man was described as 40 to 50 years of age, bald, wearing a dark colored jacket, jeans, white tennis shoes and a maroon colored button down shirt.
The purse was later found at a bus stop outside Burton Village on North Church Street.
