DOVER, DELAWARE (3/5/2015) A man suspected in the robbery of two women in the parking lot behind the Dover Public Library has been arrested, city police said.
The robbery happened on Sunday and Matthew Gannon was taken into custody without incident just after 8 a.m. Wednesday at the bus station at Queen and Water streets, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
