STANTON, DELAWARE (2/26/2015) Two people were injured when the top of a box truck hit the Amtrak overpass on Stanton Christiana Road and became stuck, with its front wheels off the ground, according to reports from the scene.
The accident happened shortly before 6 p.m. Wednesday on old Route 7 near Shone Lumber.
The injured occupants were taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital.
Mill Creek firefighters and Belvedere ambulance responded.
State police are investigating the crash.
