DOVER, DELAWARE (2/25/2015) Dover police are looking for the robber who escaped with cash from a U.S. 13 liquor store, authorities reported today.
The crime happened about 10:20 p.m. Friday at H&H Liquors, 1107 S. DuPont Highway.
A male claiming to have a gun ordered the clerk to open the cash register. He handed over cash and the robber fled north toward Evergreen Drive.
The robber was wearing tan Timberland style boots, tan pants, a black leather jacket, a gray hoodie, gloves, and a piece of cloth covering his face, Lt. David Spicer said.
Police with K-9s tracked the robber to the area of River View Estates mobile home park but could not locate him.
