DOVER, DELAWARE (2/20/2015) City police say a second suspect in a shooting at Bubba’s nightclub earlier this month was arrested shortly after noon today.
The arrest of Agmere Matthews was made by Dover officers, state police and U.S. marshals.
He was taken into custody without incident, police said.
