TOWNSEND, DELAWARE (2/14/2015) An 18-year-old man shot to death in Townsend early today has been identified.
Dayshon M. Wallace, of the 2300 block of N. Washington St. in Wilmington, was killed about 12:35 a.m. at a home in the 600 block of Marilyn Court, in the Townsend Village neighborhood.
Wallace was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was taken to the Division of Forensic Science for an autopsy.
Police earlier had called the death “suspicious.”
Detectives are still investigating the shooting and plan to release more information later.
