GLASGOW, DELAWARE (2/13/2015) State police say they have identified three suspects in a series of armed robberies across New Castle County following multiple tips from the public.
Jayvon Moore, 18, of the first block of McKean Place in Newark, Davon McManus, 25, of the 900 block of W. 34th St. in Wilmington and Jamal Taylor, 23, of the 500 block of W. 10th St. in Wilmington robbed seven businesses and a hotel guest in a parking lot over the past few weeks, Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale said.
Detectives obtained warrants charging Moore and McManus each with 12 counts of robbery, attempted robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, seven counts of wearing a disguise during commission of a felony, seven counts of conspiracy and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Warrants charge Taylor with five counts of robbery, conspiracy and wearing a disguise during commission of a felony.
Hale said anyone who may know the location of the three should not approach them as they are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Detective Daniel Grassi at 302-365-8441.
Police had previously listed seven robberies linked to the suspects but on Thursday added also said they were involved in an eighth, the robbery about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday at the Red Roof Inn, 415 Stanton-Christiana Road in Stanton.
