NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (2/11/2015) A 30-year-old man was shot to death this morning at the William Penn Village apartments near New Castle, police said.
Kelvin Powers was pronounced dead at the scene by New Castle County paramedics.
An unknown male forced his way into the apartment and then shot Powers, county police spokesman Tom Jackson said.
Police were called to the complex about 7 a.m.
Detectives are investigating and asked anyone with information to call 302-395-8110.
