WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (2/11/2015) A 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound in his right arm walked into Wilmington Hospital’s emergency room about 10:30 this morning, city police said.
The shooting was said to have happened in the area of Seventh and North Washington streets but officers couldn’t find any evidence of a shooting there, and there were no reports of shots fired or shot-spotter alerts.
