DOVER, DELAWARE (1/30/2015) Dover police are seeking tips from the public to solve a homicide from last year, and a $1,000 reward is being offered.
Tyson Henry, 24, of New Castle, was fatally wounded by gunfire as he was leaving a party at a home in Simon Circle early Aug. 24..
