NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (1/20/2015) A 20-year-old man was shot multiple times in the chest tonight at an apartment complex on U.S. 13 near New Castle, according to police.
The incident happened at the Castlebrook Apartments, 550 S. DuPont Highway (U.S. 13.)
The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition by paramedics, said Officer Tracey Duffy of New Castle County police.
