DOVER, DELAWARE (1/4/2015) State police are searching for two men they say passed counterfeit checks at two M&T Bank branches in the Dover area.
The four checks totaled more than $4,000 and were cashed on Nov. 18.
Police have warrants for Roger T. Boyce, 44, and Barry Simmons, 57, charging them with forgery, theft and conspiracy.
Police say the pair may be homeless in Kent or New Castle counties.
Boyce is 6 feet tall, about 195 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Simmons is a 5-feet-10 and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
