MILFORD, DELAWARE (12/24/2014) A 34-year-old Ellendale man was arrested on a fourth offense felony driving under the influence of alcohol charge, Milford police said Monday.
Joshua D. Miller was stopped for a traffic violation about 12:30 a.m. Friday at N.E. front and N.E. Fourth streets, police said.
Miller’s blood alcohol content was found to be three times over the legal limit, Detective Dwight Young said..
He also was charged with violation of bail conditions and traffic offenses.
Miller was being held in Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $6,003 cash bond.
