HOLLY OAK, DELAWARE (4/19/2015) An accident that blocked two lanes on northbound Interstate 495 for more than half an hour has been cleared.
The crash was in the area of Holly Oak Road, according to DelDOT.
The accident was reported at 6:16 a.m.
