NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/19/2015) A 14-year-old girl is missing and there is concern for her welfare, New Castle County police said this morning.
Maya Bennett left her home in the 400 block of Robinson Drive in the Dunleith community near New Castle on Saturday after an argument with a family member, police said.
She left her cellphone behind, said Officer First Class Tracey Duffy.
Duffy said Maya is African-American, 5-feet-8, about 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt, tan pants, black sneakers and carrying a red purse.
