Teen charged in Wilmington armed robbery

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/24/2014) A 15-year-old Wilmington boy was arrested Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery last month, police said.

The robbery happened Nov. 21 in the 3700 block of N. Tatnall St., where another boy was robbed of his personal property.

Police said Detective Joe Bucksner developed the 15-year-old as a suspect and arrested him at a home in the 3300 block of N. Washington St.,

A 9 mm P95 handgun and other evidence was found in the home, police said.

The boy was charged with robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited-juvenile and conspiracy.
