DOVER, DELAWARE (9/14/2018) A crash that closed all lanes of southbound U.S. 13 (DuPont Highway) in Dover has been cleared and all lanes reopened, city police said this morning.
The crash was reported at 10:19 a.m.
Police said the closure was from the entrance to Delaware State University to College Road.
They plan to release details of the crash later.
