WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (8/31/2018) A 39-year-old man was shot to death early today, Wilmington police said.
The shooting happened about 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of N. Conrad St.
Officers found the victim, Phillip Chapman, in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
