WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (7/18/2018) A 50-year-old man died after being shot early today, Wilmington police said.
The shooting happened about 2:50 a.m. in the 800 block of W. Fifth St.
When officers arrived, they found the man, later identified as Sean Spencer, with a gunshot wound to his torso.
Spencer was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital in Stanton, where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives are still investigating
