WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (5/11/2017) A 23-year-old man died after being shot in the head, Wilmington police said.
The homicide was reported at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of W. 24th St.
The victim was found down in the block and was pronounced dead at the scene.
