NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (4/25/2017) Gunshots struck a home and a car in the Buena Vista neighborhood west of New Castle, the New Castle County police reported today.
The shots were fired about 9:55 p.m. Monday in the first block of Liborio Lane.
The gunfire damaged windows on the first and second floors and the bullets came to rest in the dining room and a second-floor bedroom.
A car parked in front of a nearby home also was hit.
The occupants of the home were not hurt.
