DOVER, DELAWARE (1/11/2017) An auto parts store on U.S. 13 was robbed at gunpoint, Dover police said Tuesday.
The crime at Advance Auto Parts, 422 S. DuPont Highway (U.S. 13), happened about 8:40 p.m. Monday.
Two robbers, wearing black ski masks and armed with a handgun, demanded cash from two employees, then fled on foot across the highway to a vehicle that was parked on Martin Street, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
He said both robbers were white and wore black clothing.
Hoffman asked anyone with information to call police at 302-736-7130.
