WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (10/17/2016) A crash is causing a major rush-hour traffic jam on southbound Interstate 495.
DelDOT reported the crash at 5:30 p.m., with the left lane blocked at the south end of the bridge, near Terminal Avenue.
A traffic cam showed southbound traffic jammed approaching the bridge.
