MILFORD, DELAWARE (10/4/2016) A stuck tractor-trailer is blocking the eastbound lane of Route 14 in Milford, according to reports from the scene at 5:30 p.m. today.
The trailer’s wheels were caught in a ditch in front of the United States Cold Storage facility on the west side of town.
A flagger is directing traffic in the area, with minor delays reported.
