NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (9/11/2016) One person was taken to a hospital this evening after a shooting at the Pine Valley apartment complex near New Castle, police said.
The shooting in the 500 block of S. DuPont Highway (U.S. 13) happened about 8:30 p.m.
The investigation is underway and more details will be provided later, said Officer First Class John-Paul Piser of New Castle County police.
