SMYRNA, DELAWARE (7/20/2016) A crash near Smyrna is jamming northbound traffic, according to reports from the scene at 5:50 p.m.
Delaware State Police are on the scene and a wrecker arrived to remove a vehicle involved.
The northbound backup begins at the South Smyrna exit.
