Prayer vigil, unity march set for Middletown tonight

MIDDLETOWN, DELAWARE (7/14/2016) The Middletown Clergy and the Middletown Matters Movement is hosting a Community Prayer Vigil and Unity March for Black Lives and Blue lives, officer’s that died in the line of duty.

This event will take place tonight from 6 to 7:30, according to the Rev. Jeffery Broughton Sr.

It is being held at Cochran Square, Main Street (Route 299) and Broad Street.

“The town will be shut down for this peaceful protest and march,” Broughton said.
