DAGSBORO, DELAWARE (6/21/2016) An 87-year-old Dagsboro woman whose car was rear-ended by another east of Dagsboro last week has died of her injuries, Delaware State Police reported today.
The crash happened about 1:55 p.m. June 12 on Vines Creek Road (Route 26) at Falling Point Road.
Ruth N. Elvey was first taken to Beebe Healthcare’s hospital in Lewes, then flown to Christiana Hospital in Stanton.
Police said she died there Saturday.
Troopers are still investigating the crash and no charges have been filed.
