BLADES, DELAWARE (6/15/2016) The name of a man found dead after his ATV rolled into a ditch southeast of Blades was identified today by Delaware State Police.
The victim had been riding on a farm off Bethel Concord Road when the ATV went into the ditch about 4:20 p.m. Sunday, but his body was not found until Monday evening.
The man was identified as 36-year-old Paul C.W. Fleetwood, of Seaford.
Police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
