NEWARK, DELAWARE (4/26/2016) All lanes of southbound Interstate 95 approaching Route 896 near Newark have been reopened, according to DelDOT.
Road inspection had forced the closing of several lanes of the highway for hours this afternoon, DelDOT said, with long backups reported.
