NEWARK, DELAWARE (4/9/2016) A man robbed a Newark hotel at gunpoint, city police said Friday.
The robbery happened about 6:30 a.m. at the Red Roof Inn & Suites, 1119 S. College Ave.
The man demanded cash, then jumped over the counter and took money from the register.
He was described as black, about 25 years old, 5-feet-7 to 5-feet-10 and with thin build.
